get ready for the holidays...

papyrus has asked me to start thinking about thanksgiving and xmas cards---which is hard to do given that it's august and the last thing i want to think about is the holidays and all the insanity that goes along with that.

about me

here's how this whole greeting card thing got started. my kids were off at camp, my husband was off somewhere being smart and the dog was walked and fed. i had some extra time. plus the idea of making some money was pretty appealing. my cards are all made by me. i write them the way i speak which my husband says isn't very nice (sometimes) but my girlfriends seem to appreciate immensely. so, in- between loading the dishwasher and all the other important stuff i do, i think of ways to acknowledge the everyday with a little bit of humor and honesty.
